Well, if that's what they're called, anyways. I'm basically talking about the Metarex before they became the Metarex: Isn't it a bit odd how different they were from the females, like Cosmo? For one thing, their overall appearance. They look more like animals than they do plants. Prahaps they have more human DNA then they do plant? And another thing: those odd, dinosaur-like transformations we saw them change into in the war on Cosmo's planet. Obviously, this makes their powers MUCH more different than those of what Cosmo had in the last few episodes. But onto my question: did ALL the males join Lucas in forming the Metarex? Or did most of them die in the war? Or could it be possible that there were males on the ship Cosmo was born on?

The trait you're referring to is called "sexual dimorphism," and is actually very common among real animals, particularly birds. It basically means that the two genders have noticeable physical differences other than those necessary for reproduction. It is caused when male and female body chemistry result in the activation and expression of certain unique genes. Male Seedrians (I've heard them called Thorndrigans, though it might be a fan-given name) would still have almost the same DNA set as the females, but different parts of the code would be allowed to affect the phenotype.

Oh yeah, I think I remember learning something like that. Well, one of my questions is answered.
