Hey guys, I am a good lego designer and I wnted to show off my lego models of the Metarex. I just managed to make them and they are too cool for words. I just wanna show em off I don't know why, but imageshack sorta sized them down. You can click them to see them though. Here is my first ones for now, Nagas As I remmeber, Nagas are kinda like a sub-class to metarex foot solders, for they are for all purposes and fight well as cannon-fodder enemies. I noticed that they look a lot like Hydralisks from starcraft too. They are Kinda like what the elites are to the grunts in Halo. I made three of the many types of nagas there are, a basic naga, a camo naga, and an armored naga. I would've done more if Bionicle had parts that looked like the others. The pic on the side shows what they really look like. Also I have reason to believe that they must be part organic, for these reasons, that aren't realted to another site. 1. They didn't blow up when beaten, like other metarex. 2. Their tails look organic. 3. In a scene where Tails electrocutes a naga, you see it has a skeletal structure. I bet the metarex create them by either capturing or bioengineering these organisms, then ripping off thier skin and grafting on the metallic parts. Sounds pretty believable huh? The first one is a basic Naga, the ordinary class ones. I thought a Lewa mask gave that gaping-mouth look, but if anyone has better ideas, tell me. His shock spear weapon is a modified kurakk staff, and i used vahki arms and rahkshi necks to make his tail. Also I managed to add the shields that some nagas use to this one. It is a shield similar to raanu's one and his shock spear fits on a peg on his back too. This is a Camo naga, distinguished by the camoflage color and the headset. This one wields a heavy blaster rifle and they also use cloaking things that render them temporarily invisible. Here is an armored naga, which is different by the silver body armor, helmet (which i rougly made using Matoro Mahri's mask), longer shoulder spikes, and spiked elbows and tail. Hi midak blaster is really supposed to be a metarex 20-gauge rifle, but its the best i could do for now. I think this one is the collest one I made, and I did well on him because these ones are better than the others due to how thier armor allows them to take more hits than others. This back view should give you a good idea on how I made them, in case any of you want to build one. I think you should listen to your little friend - Nagas

Okay, I understand that you have a lot of legos too. I might look forward to seeing your models.
But what do you think of my models I made here? You didn't really make any comment on them at all. The first pic shows the actual pecture of the type of metarex I made, so you know. Are they accurate looking (as well as lego models can) or do they need work?

They're not bad, and are kind of accurate. However, they look... too open. I suggest finding a way to cover up the Rahkshi necks that you used as bodies. The underside of them looks frail and weak, NOT how a Naga OR a Metarex should look.

Sorry about that; Firefox went on the fritz, but I got it fixed.
They are about as accurate as something that size can be, but like XT said, they lack armor where they should have some. I would have made them bigger; you can get better detail that way. Still, they're pretty true to the anime overall.

Hey guys, I just finished a new model. Still Imageshack messed them up, but if you click them, you can see them full-sized. Its Baboonzle Baboonzle was this pussilanimous monkey like metarex I remember from the show. I don't really like him cause he is stupid and talks funny, but I did him to challenge myself. I don't think he came out that well however. He ended up looking more like some sort of malformed rahkshi. However, he is really poseable and his tail is flexible. If anyone can think of any improvements to make to him, tell me please. Also I made his pole thing by removing the points off of a rahkshi spear. Ugh, Hooka Hooka Hooka, if I don't think up something fast, I'm gonna end up a meta-wreck! - Baboonzle

I got another one done, and this one is cool! As with befoe, click the small pics to see them full-size Its the Mineralis This guy as I remember was the result of project Mephistopheles, a metarex experiment that involved using planet egg power to bring a beng made of an unknown diamond-like mineral to life. It looks robotic but is a living being actually. I feel like he is my best metarex model yet. I used a lot of ice-based sets for him like Kopaka, Kurakk, Matoro, Nuju etc. I did great on the detail here I think. He is also super poseable and even the fingers move. Also like in the show, he draws his crystal spears. You do it by putting a Kopaka Nuva sword in the pegs on both his palms. Also he is really big. I have made other models this big or bigger, but not many. In fact, here is him compared in size to another one of my large (and official) lego sets, Hydraxon I love how I did the head. I managed to get those bohrok teeth in there to make his fanged mouth where he uses his ice breath. The spikes I thought impressed me too. I also like how I did the eye, which also is his only weak spot. After the boss fight, sonic gined the Ultra dash upgrade, a power-up that lets him charge his light attack in less time. Very well, keep your eyes on the emerald - Mineralis

For the last time, I watch the "New Post" markers! I don't need a PM alert. This one is pretty awesome; very true to the show. Could've used a bit more blue, but it's still impressive. (By the way, I think that thing was actually made of ice, which was why the Typhoon's lasers cut through it so easily.) Semi-related: Well, now I know why people call them Naga: it's from World of Warcraft.

No, it was a unknown, diamond like, mineral. In fact, I remeber sonic saying about the mineralis that its as tough as a diamond. Though it realy is a mineral that no one really knows much about except that it conducts cold. Also if you played Metroid Prime, you would notice that the Mineralis is kind of like the Thardus, which was a similar experiment by the space pirates that they brought a rock monster to life, and endowed it with ice powers. Also the eye is the weak point because it is the only component not made of that mineral.

I do beg to differ... I don't remember it very well... but I DO know for a fact that the weak point of Thardus changed. I am a real Metroid Prime geek, (I was in love with Samus Aran, lol,) and I really remember that weak rock in Thardus changing. I know this because it took me like, 20 tries to kill him/it, and I didn't know how to use my visors very well, because you needed to use the Thermal Visor for the first time, and I wasn't good a it. It was a radioactive rock, or something, that changed as he lost the control in each of the rocks that made him. It wasn't his eye, and I don't think they imbued him with ice powers, but the radioactivity from the Phazon gave him that because he was made of ice rocks. I'm not sure, I may have to recheck my facts, as these are only memories that could very well be faulty... But I DEFINATELY do not see the relationship between Thardus and Mineralis Oh yeah... and by the way... I was looking for a better picture of Mineralis, and welll... I found something that, if not just Galaxina, but the whole Shrine, should see. www.sonicanime.net/forums/lofiversion/index.php?t22992.htmlI swear, that looks AWFULLY familiar. *taps foot* I do believe someone's guilty of plagiarism. *not pointing fingers* ~Joe

It that person's defense, he/she did acknowledge that it came from another source, though he/she didn't specify which. I found the same thing on a different site while looking for a decent picture of the infantry drones.
Come to think of it, this "Hank J. Wimbleton" person sounds a lot like a certain one of our users. Maybe they're the same person?

I didn't mean the Thardus, weak point was the eye, I meant the Mineralis's weak point was the eye. That was the only component not made ofthis unknown mineral.
The relationship was that the Metarex and space pirates both brought them to life in a similar way. Although the Metarex used Planet Egg power for the Mineralis, but the Space pirates used phazon. If you scanned more stuff, You would see that the Thardus was actually part of a space pirate Phazon experiment.
Also I am glad you noticed this Hank person. He is the person I copied and pasted the Metarex facts from, and some other information. Now you have the source of some of my facts mentioned.

If you read more stuff, you'd see that he mentioned Phazon.

I know that, but he didn't mention the experiment the phazon was used for. He laos was confused with the weak points. Oh, and I know the Nagas are named after a creature in WoW, but if you also played the game Starcraft (or at least seen enough of it like me), You would know that they also resemble an alien race in it called the Hydralisks, although Hydralishs don't have actual hands but sharp dagger-like appendages, and they also have a huger and stronger variant called Ultralisks.

Hey I got a new one done now. Its Metarex Foot soldiers These guys I am sure almost all of you have seen in the show. They are basic troopers and are quite weak most times. They are the halo equivelant of Covenant Grunts and Jackals. I did three of the different variants and I would've done more if I had enough parts. The first one is a basic trooper. these are the ones that are most numerous. His weapon is a metarex laser magnum, a primary metarex sidearm that chris even once took from a downed naga and used. Also you can make this one a ranger soldeir by putting this peg on his back as shown. Ranger ones use jetpacks and can fly. This one is a marine soldier, and marine as in military marines. They are more skilled and harder to beat. He is using a metarex sniper rifle, although normally the green sniper ones use the rifles more. This is foot soldier type silver, the result of black Narcissus's titan soldier experiments where he worked for years and years to create a soldier that had more enhanced capabilities. Black narcissus would've succeded after his countless failures, but he never found a way to mass produce this one. He is ultra fast and agile. I would've done the gold one, but Lego never made gold vahki heads or bohrok feet. Preet neat huh?

Gues what, I have a new one made. Finally also the pics are full sized Oh nd can someone tell me how I did on my Metarex foot soldiers? This one is Havokk As I remember, Havokks are large technological constructs that the Cascadian Ancients created as a means of offense in thier time. The metarex the discovered them during excavations in ancient Cascadian ruins and tokk them for themselves and installed modern components in them. The first time Sonic and co fought a Havokk was in episode 54, where one was sent after the Blue Typhoon. This one I think I did really well. The head is really well made and I even included its sword. I also remember that havokks also have tails with spiked ends. This view shows how I included this. Mine also folds into flight mode like in the show, but I think I forgetten to include a pic of this. If you can see closely, my Lego replica of this Metarex has poseable fingers that even have the beam emmiters on the ends. Also if you put small cone shaped parts on the panel on its chest, you can make it look like it has missiles loaded in there, like in the show. The missiles don't really fire though. This one is pretty darn big, but my Mineralis one still dwarfs him. I like how I did its sword, the fingers can grip around them. Here I also outlined its weak points, the chest and the eye. You shall not leave this planet alive - Havokk

I remember Starcraft. I used to play it non-stop before my computer shut down...
And I have nothing else to say.

Now what about my new lego metarex? Did I do well on the foot soldiers and Havokk, or do they need work?

Havokk looks pretty cool, and the foot soldier silver looks interesting, though I'm not sure if I like the marine very much. It looks too... disproportionate to me.

Say, is thier any metarex from the show that you would like to request me to create in lego? I'll be happy to accept other's requests.
