I suppose she has the petals growing out of her, but you didn't answer the question about what the rosebuds on her head serve a purpose of.

I think now that I know they are not her ears that they are supposed to look like pigtails on her hair.

I really think they are a form of decoration for the species. Pigtails, perhaps, or they could also be a way to show individuality between the species.

Maybe they are a decoration, for Hertia and Galaxina do not have rosebuds but a daisy on top of thier heads instead. Also here is another thing that would explain if the petals are a part of Cosmo's body, The male Seedrians look big and tough, so the Petalis may be supposed to look graceful and cute, with the petlas helping.

Exactly what I've been saying. Still, one wonders how in the world her species reproduces, considering certain things, it is probably not asexually, it is most likely sexually.

Yeah, I think they mate and produce seeds that give birth to new ones, but i really want people's opinions about the cool powers I found out about Cosmo. Read what they are in Cosmo's true powers topic.

It's probably a mix of sexual and asexual reproduction. According to the Wikipedia article, Hertia gave birth to a seed Cosmo while she was a tree. But considering Cosmo looks nearly nothing like her mother, there must have been a father involved. (I've got my bets on Lucas.)

Maybe they reproduce similarly to flowers (But that would be quite odd.) So sexually would make sense, I don't think asexually makes sense because that would mean that a mate would not be needed, which means love would not be needed, plus humanoids are generally (if not all) sexually reproductive.

She is a plant however, so she must have something to do with seeds being produced.

Ah, but she is a humanoid, so perhaps she makes eggs. Then again, it could be a seed that grows internally. Who knows?

She perhaps makes seeds with egg cells in them that can be fertilized by sperms

I wonder how Tails would react to this information? ;D

I think that she does not menstruate because she does not bleed and you cannnot menstruate with seeds

Those lily petals look like they are really part of her dress. And if you notice, none of the female characters in the Sonic World are nude. I don't know why, but that's the way it is. Sally Acorn was nude because she had enough fur in the first few comic books. And, Blaze is partially nude(I think. I haven't seen her in a while). Bunnie Rabbot (in the first few comics and on tv) was nude also. I recall many other women in the nude, but I forgot them.

You know I noticed that Cosmo doesn't have a nose. However, I found out that she breathes (and smells) through her skin and can breathe any type of air except for poisonous gases such as cyanide. That is good, cause if she couldn't smell, she would miss oput on the fragrnt smell she has due to being a flower.

therefore I say that "dress" that leads Cosmo is part of his anatomy; that would be like saying that the Krana are part of the system Bohrok (actually is) "The challenge of being a Makuta is choosing which powers to use to destroy your enemies. It gets boring using the same ones all the time. Variety is the spice of destruction, after all."
